Please use an accurate email address and contact Claré Studio at clarestudio89@gmail.com if the delivery email does not arrive or the download does not work.

The PDF is provided for personal use. Please do not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or claim the product as your own. You are responsible for keeping your purchase and download information secure.

Refund Policy

Claré Studio wants every customer to receive and access their digital product successfully.

If you experience a problem with receiving, downloading, or opening the UGC Creator Starter Kit, please contact us at clarestudio89@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will first try to resolve the issue by providing assistance or a replacement download.

If the issue cannot be resolved, you may request a refund. Duplicate payments will also be reviewed for a refund.

Because this is a digital download, change-of-mind refund requests after successful delivery may not be eligible. All refund requests are reviewed individually and remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the checkout provider's terms.
